Search and find best possible investment property using resources such as: MLS, REO's, Foreclosure Sheriff sale, Distress sellers, 1031 Exchange properties etc.

Provide financial analysis including renovation cost if needed.

Conduct negotiations to get best possible price for our investors. Write and present sales contracts, work with Title companies, Sellers and Buyers to finalize the deal.

Manage contractors to conduct renovations and all preparations of the unit for rental including: Cleaning, Keys, Condo association approvals, etc.

Find qualified tenants. Conduct background and credit checks, provide lease, collect security deposits and rent. Deposit security deposit in company Escrow Account.

Manage all income and expenses in dedicated bank account for each client.
|

|
Manage all ongoing issues with Tenant and/or Property and handle all bills on behalf of owner.

|
Provide full Real Estate brokerage service when, Buying, Selling or Renting investor's properties.
